"My wife and I recently used [AIRLINE], from [CITY] to [CITY] to [CITY]. It was a beautiful experience. The planes were on time and the pilots did a great job. The flights were smooth throughout. In all they gave us seats at the emergency exit and we saT next to each other for free. It was specious and our legs were comfortable. As for the crew, their hospitality was amazing. Very friendly, multilingual, approachable and polite from start to finish. They performed exceptional customer service. Offering us food and drinks, taking out trash and making sure we followed rules and were all comfortable. The food was good but the portions were small. They offered us chicken, pasta, cheese, salad, wine, soda and peanuts for snack. The peanut lacked quality. In all, it was a good experience and we recommend it to all."

"Worst Airline with WORST customer service and online portal. Nothing works, they have the worst website and online portal. I was charged DOUBLE for my purchased seats and no one did anything about it. Until I saw my credit card statement. I have been trying to get a refund and no one is helping me. I reached out to them on Whatsapp. They say reach out through Portal, the portal keeps giving me errors. I sent them multiple emails, no one replied. What kind of service is this ... Made the biggest mistake of booking them. AVOID this airline at any COST !!!"
