“Flight was on time and duration was less than expected. Service
was top notch as was the food and condition of the cabin. We had access to
Lounge prior to boarding and that facility was exceptional and the food was of
good quality and wide variety.”

“We had some travel issues trying to catch a flight from the
[country] to [country]. Our flight that was booked with [airline] completely
fell apart. We made it to another destination by booking with another airline,
then tried to find a flight to our final destination. We went to the [airline]
counter and they quickly found us a ticket to [destination]. They were extremely
professional and kind. The flight and staff were great! We will book with
[airline] again when returning to this beautiful country.”

”Worst policy food voucher. I purchased an inflight food
voucher. During the flight they informed me they were out of stock of hot and
cold meals. I did not want snacks. When I contacted customer service they told
me it doesn't matter if I use the voucher or not, even though it’s their fault,
they’ll not refund me. Stealing money from customers. I’ll never buy again and
will avoid [airline].”

“Rude and rude staff. I had a hand suitcase that was over 2cm (!)
and they directed me to the office to purchase hand luggage but with arrogance
and malice as if I had murdered someone. and oh well, I paid 68 euros. Due to
this inconvenience I arrived at the gate 5 minutes late: flight departing at
9.20 in the morning, gate closing at 8.50, I show up at the gate at 8.55; the
rest of my family has already boarded (wife and 2 daughters), but the 3rd eldest
son still in the corridor waiting for me (therefore not yet on board) and the
clerk "I'm sorry we've already closed the gate, he can't get on"...."but how, I
the ticket, everyone is still standing inside the plane and it leaves in 25
minutes, I have my son here 10 metres from me...""I told her he can't get on,
the gate has been closed!!!". ..In short, nothing to be done, they threatened to
put my son on the ground too if (only him) he didn't get back on the plane
immediately. And I don't!!! With an arrogance never seen before!!! This is too
much in one day! I understand the rules but arrogance I don't. NEVER AGAIN WITH
[airline]!!!.”

“Awful service! please avoid this airline, do not fly with
[airline]. We phoned them to request bassinet baby friendly seats on the flights
and they advised us to choose ANY seat near a window. However this was the wrong
information and we later realised there are specific bassinet seats to select.
We therefore lost our money because we had to cancel the seat selection after
being given the wrong information. We then had to select the actual assigned
bassinet seats. Kept contacting them to complain and asking them to listen to
the recorded phone call where wrong information was given but they were not
helpful at all!.”
