"After reading previous reviews I was very apprehensive about this airline. However I was pleasantly surprised. I had 2 vegan meals, free headphones, watched a movie and used the pillow and blanket provided. The leg room was limited even for me at 5'2\". Staff were not particularly friendly but were not rude. My luggage was as I handed it in, not interfered with."

"STORY TIME... It took us 20 hours (yes, twenty!) to take off because the plane kept failing technical revisions again and again (can't blame it on the weather this time as they usually do). This happened twice within that span of 20 hours, because they would get us back on the very same defect plane every time. Why would a plane like that even be allowed to fly in the first place? Because the first attempt failed, [AIRLINE] took us to a hotel dozens of kilometers away from the airport, a voucher for which we had to line up for 2 hours to receive, followed by a one-hour ride. We got there at midnight and got an OK meal. In the morning, breakfast was served (a juice box and a tiny bread) and we were taken back to the airport. Once there, this is when the second failed takeoff attempt took place, so they got us back off and had us once again line up for 2 hours for a lunch voucher. This caused such chaos in the airport, that the line to redeem the voucher was also 2 hours. We barely got our lunch right before the plane doors were closed behind us. This time, they announced they would perform yet a third technical revision! People were really losing it and understandably so. At the end, after an hour of revision, they concluded it was actually safe to fly and the nightmare finally ended. Oh, and at the airport they assured us that they would provide a miserable 15 USD compensation. Funny people ended up receiving only 10 USD weeks later. I've never had a worse experience flying than with [AIRLINE]."
