"I hadn't flown [AIRLINE] in a while, as the last few times I did my experience mirrored many of the negative reviews posted here. This time, however, I saw some changes that will make me reconsider my thoughts about flying [AIRLINE]. Granted, I was in first class, which usually guarantees a better flight experience, but the boarding process seemed to go much faster than other airlines, and the flight attendants and pilots were super communicative on the PA system throughout the flight.I was particularly impressed with [NAME], a flight attendant who went above and beyond to make sure her passengers were happy and comfortable. She was a great representative for [AIRLINE]! I recognize that sitting at the front of the plane is inherently more comfortable, usually with better service and amenities. But I had a friend flying back in economy and she said afterwards that the experience was generally positive and comfortable."

"Worst airline ever flown. Customer service is horrible. The seat room was horrible. They are worse than [AIRLINE] used to be where they nickel and dime you for everything including you have to pay for a carry on. Before you can even get your tickets that you paid for to fly you have to save on file a credit card for them to hit for anything and everything in their 100+ pages of terms and conditions. Just don't fly with them and let them continue to go out of business. That's what is great about capitalism, they won't be around for long thank god."
